#1 Agitator System
The #1, conventional style agitator for any mixing need, may be used in open and tight head drums. The Woodman #1 has a 16 gauge impeller and 7/16th shaft. Available in 15, 30 and 55 gallon single or double blade models. The #1 is available plain, with Woodman #44 E-Coat, or a phenolic lining. The #1 is mounted to the bottom of the drum with a pivot pin. For added cleanliness the #1 can be provided with the Woodman #3NBB.

The Woodman #3 agitator system is the industry leader, offering both superior strength and positive agitation. The #3 Woodman agitator is designed for use with open head and tight head drums. Available in 15,30 and 55 gallon single or double blade models. The blade itself has a socket in the bottom which allows the blade to fit over a welded pivot pin attached to the center of the drum. The blade, therefore, rides very close to the bottom and will blend all settled pigments to laboratory specifications. All models of the Woodman #3 Agitator system are available plain, with #44 E-Coat, or a phenolic lining; for added cleanliness, the Woodman #3NBB can be installed.
